Therapy

Individual, Relationship and Group therapy

Hi, I’m Paige, and I’m a queer non-binary Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor I (CADC I), and Clinical Supervisor in Oregon. My entire goal as a therapist is to help queer and trans people feel better. I practice therapy through a queer, anti-oppressive lens, and am here to help you build a deeper relationship with yourself, work toward liberation for yourself and others, and heal from the impacts of interpersonal and systemic oppression. I specialize in working with queer and trans youth and adults, people struggling with substance use, and t4t relationship structures (including friendships and partnerships). I also provide group therapy for trans adults. I may be a good fit for you as a therapist if you’d like to talk about:

  • Gender

  • Being trans

  • Being queer

  • Substance use

  • Sex/drug-linked behavior (using drugs or alcohol for sex)

  • Coping with oppression

  • The impact of oppression on mental health

  • Internalized oppression

  • Community building

  • Living in deep alignment with your values

  • Autonomy

  • Queer joy and pleasure

  • Trauma

  • Self-regulation and co-regulation

I may use talk therapy, EMDR, or a combination of the two in our work together, depending on what you need. I can also provide assessment and letter writing for gender affirming medical care.

pricing:
